I purchased my pre-owned 2013 Volvo XC-60 from Autobarn. I have been returning for service ever since my purchase. This past visit, I dealt with Jamir. My Volvo started having battery issues while on a trip to Chicago. Jamir Garcia in the service center immediately worked my car into the service cue, after I was turned away by three other Volvo Service Cen Chicago. Jamir Garcia in the service center immediately worked my car into the service cue, after I was turned away by three other Volvo Service Centers. 24 hours later my car was working perfectly at no charge.
