In addition, during service visit, car was mistakenly washed after owner had previously detailed vehicle. It was clearly immaculate prior to visit and was in worse condition following visit. Evidently, no one was paying attention. More

Simple and Effective Car Purchase Tim is very helpful and patient, he made the car purchase like buying a toy. I visited the store in early August, without having any options in mind. Tim showed me the X1 2016 model and also explained me on the add-on options. No hard sales. After a few weeks, I was ready to purchase, and there are a few options in my mind, e.g. F-Pace, Lexus RX350, Macan, and X3. FInally I got convinced by him to lock my option as X3. The purchase flow is super simple, my car was parked in front of the gate, spent 1 hour on documents, and drove my car away. Susan is very nice and knowledgeable to explain the car features to us. I found a few minor debris on the side when I was about to drive the car away. Both Tim and Susan helped me to arrange the follow up full detailed clean for me, which made the purchase worry free. Conor is very organized and effective, he made the finance process much faster than I expected, and still being able to explain all the details to me. More

I love that they take the time to make you familiar with the car and go over everything with you. They were never annoyed by my many questions which was also refreshing.
