The staff at the Welt made European Delivery of a BMW a special experience. When we met our advisor, he led us to a monumental staircase leading to the cars. About halfway down he motioned to a white convertible, the turntable in the floor it was sitting on started to turn, and he proudly announced that it was ours. Driving away down the exit ramp out of that huge building was a treat; it felt like we were doing more than just picking up a car. Special thanks to Ric and Dean for helping make the process easy. They let me know what to expect, how long it would take, the advantages - all of it. I'm very glad I did European Delivery. It was a something I will remember for awhile. More

The Ultimate Sales Person I am from St. Louis, MO and was looking for a pre-owned BMW for six months. And when he found any irregularities, he got them fixed including a brand new battery. Given Mat's professionalism and candor, I was confident I found the right vehicle. Upon taking delivery, Mat picked me up at the airport, walked me through all the features of the vehicle to ensure I understood how each one functioned. Talk about concierge service.
