Give Mat Swartz a Raise My wife was in the market for a Mercedes E350. She had said all her life she had wanted a Mercedes. We went for a test drive and he expertly pointed out all the features of the 528i and it convinced me that my wife needed to see and drive the BMW. Within 48 hours he found exactly what I was looking for and we were able to quickly get to a great and fair price on the pre-owned X3 and my trade in. There was no hassle and fuss, and Tim went the extra mile to ensure I was 150% a happy customer. I love my BMW X3, and working with the BMW Store and Tim reset my car buying expectations. I had almost decided to see used MINI's firsthand when John Beam called to welcome me down for a visit. When I arrived, John accompanied me on a test drive of 2 used MINI's and explaining the differences. I ended up with a 2013 MINI Countryman and am totally satisfied and a Motoring convert. Thanks to John Beam for his knowledge and patience as I am a demanding but likeable perfectionist. More
