We liked the dealership and most importantly the patience and persistence of Jay S. He's thorough and personable. He managed to get us a great deal and to the very end delivered professional personal service. Grateful to Nick Walsh, service advisor who took time to address some technical issues with our older MINI. Last, deal closing with Conor O’Somachain was indeed easy and pleasant. No pressure. Dean Stathes and the Cincinnati BMW store are AMAZING! This is my first BMW (X5 M Sport) and will definitely not be my last!! I called to inquire about inventory and was lucky enough to get work with Dean This is my first BMW (X5 M Sport) and will definitely not be my last!! I called to inquire about inventory and was lucky enough to get work with Dean Stathes. Throughout the process, I changed my mind a few times and Dean was extremely helpful. I never felt pressured by anyone at the store nor did I ever feel like helping me or answering my many questions was a bother. The leasing process was a breeze (Conor was great and made it a great experience) and took no time at all. Since it was my first BMW, Dean took me through a demonstration of the features of my car and helped me program in phone numbers, radio stations, seat memory, etc. It was the icing on the cake of the wonderful experience! Dean has also called a couple times to check on me and how I am liking the car. Unfortunately we have not yet connected so I hope he sees this message (I LOVE my X5 and so has everyone who has seen it!!!)! I can see they treat their customers like family and I could not ask for a better "family" than the staff here! This store also came highly recommended by a co-worker who had nothing but glowing things to say about this store. Thank you to everyone especially Dean and Conor!! More

Multiple returns to store for noises and service light. No coordination for drop-off with loaner car after purchase. Won't return phone calls and staff doesn't know who's in office when trying to find out where car is for service. They want you to buy, but then they don't stand behind the purchase or their product. Don't Trust Service Last week, I brought the car in for an oil change. The service advisor told me that we would also be due for a brake system flush and air filter repl Last week, I brought the car in for an oil change. The service advisor told me that we would also be due for a brake system flush and air filter replacements in a couple months and recommended that those be performed as well. I told him I’d hold off and only get the oil changed since that was all that the car was due for. (I would never pay to have someone replace air filters for me). At the time, he clearly acknowledged my request. When I went to pick up my car, however, my bill was $615.00. The advisor that I had worked with was gone for the day, but the service manager told me that he spoke to the advisor on the phone, and the he told him I had requested all services be performed. Fuming, I told him I was paying the bill and never returning there again. He then offered a 10% discount as if $61.00 made up for being charged for over $400 of work I didn’t want. The moral is: expect the bill to be considerably higher than what you originally agreed to. You won’t find out until after the work is already performed. If they recommend anything you don’t want, make sure that you have them reprint paperwork with only what you do want (not just cross services you don’t want at that time). This is the second time where my final bill was multiple times what I expected to pay. More

The sales people are top notch and the service department is friendly and efficient. My last experience leasing my newest BMW (which was just this past Saturday) was exceptionally gratifying. I struggled over several cars not knowing which one to select and my salesman Paul Kolleck and the sales manager Ric Koresky were patient, helpful and enjoyable to work with. I am so glad to be back in a BMW (I tried a domestic car for two years and was disappointed). When this lease is up I will be right back to the BMW Store on Stewart Road to lease a new one! More
