Well organized from park to drive. We were looking at a used 540 and saw the new 2017 540i x-drive M Package on the show room floor. (Obviously it's BMW, although Tim helped with a lot of info on the new tech, we already own a 2008 528i) Tim Morrison took us through the sales process and was very well informed about the car and it's specs. I think I've found a good salesman for life. We were greeted at the door and helped as soon as we showed up, very comfortable, with no pressure, and Tim is a super likable guy so he fits well with the brand. All in all a great experience. Will definitely use them again!!! More

European Delivery I recently took delivery on a new 2018 440i xDrive convertible at the BMW Store - but I was first introduced to my car at BMW Welt in Munich. The sta I recently took delivery on a new 2018 440i xDrive convertible at the BMW Store - but I was first introduced to my car at BMW Welt in Munich. The staff at the Welt made European Delivery of a BMW a special experience. When we met our advisor, he led us to a monumental staircase leading to the cars. About halfway down he motioned to a white convertible, the turntable in the floor it was sitting on started to turn, and he proudly announced that it was ours. Driving away down the exit ramp out of that huge building was a treat; it felt like we were doing more than just picking up a car. Special thanks to Ric and Dean for helping make the process easy. They let me know what to expect, how long it would take, the advantages - all of it. I'm very glad I did European Delivery. It was a something I will remember for awhile. More

The Ultimate Sales Person I am from St. Louis, MO and was looking for a pre-owned BMW for six months. Upon seeing one at The BMW Store in Cincinnati, OH I wasn't sure what to expect or being hesitant to purchase a vehicle five hours away. However, Mat made the process delightful and exceptional. Providing me additional detail photos above and beyond any of the websites, constant communication about the vehicle's condition and maintenance. And when he found any irregularities, he got them fixed including a brand new battery. Given Mat's professionalism and candor, I was confident I found the right vehicle. Upon taking delivery, Mat picked me up at the airport, walked me through all the features of the vehicle to ensure I understood how each one functioned. Talk about concierge service. The whole experience was great and I thank Mat. This is my first BMW, and though they are known to be the ultimate driving machine. Mat is surely the ultimate sales professional. More
