Tim was truly OUTSTANDING, in that their was no salesmanship and his #1 goal was to ensure he understood what I wanted and had a great experience. Within 48 hours he found exactly what I was looking for and we were able to quickly get to a great and fair price on the pre-owned X3 and my trade in. There was no hassle and fuss, and Tim went the extra mile to ensure I was 150% a happy customer. I love my BMW X3, and working with the BMW Store and Tim reset my car buying expectations. I even stopped by one week later and Susan was ready to help with any questions on the technology or capabilities of the X3. Everytime I walk into the dealership I feel like a valued customer. When I arrived, John accompanied me on a test drive of 2 used MINI's and explaining the differences. I ended up with a 2013 MINI Countryman and am totally satisfied and a Motoring convert.
