Bad experience Purchased pre-owned BMW had issues. The service department said nothing was wrong, I could tell there was. They didn't want to address since I had just purchased. Returned car to me with no gas, had a full tank when given to them. Took car to another BMW dealer, found the problem and they fixed. Crooks at this location. More

428xi Gran Coupe Heaven My wife and I went into the dealership expecting the usual tactics and hassle you get at most dealerships. We never got that. My buyer experience at the BMW Store was exceptional and pleasant. We never felt pressured or unattended too - both of which are major turn offs. Customer service will make or break a deal for me on minor and major purchases and that assumes you have a product I want to purchase. You will loose me as quick as you get me if you get it wrong. From the time we started working with our sales man until the time we closed the deal on the vehicle, the BMW Store got it RIGHT!!! Closing on the purchase was just as pleasant as the test drive. Even after closing on the vehicle purchase, there was a minor issue that needed to be resolved and the BMW Store handled it with no hassle. Needless to say my wife and I are more than happy with the new car and the buying process helped make it the Ultimate Driving Experience. Thanks Chris L.ykins. We would do business with you guys again. More

I recently decided on a 2015 BMW X1 and am thrilled with its performance and handling. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Chris! Chris stays in contact throughout your lease and updates you with great deals when trade ins are available. He's always made me feel like a special customer. This was especially due to the fact that I ended up working with Mat Swartz. I knew the type of car I wanted and the price range I wanted to be in, so primarily what I needed was an honest, knowledgeable salesperson which is exactly what I got with Mat. He is a car guy who could just talk about cars all day long, so he knows everything you would ever want to know and more about the cars. Beyond that he is unlike the stereotypical car salesman in that he is not pushy, you don't feel like you're being deceived in any way, and he is just a pleasant, positive guy. The whole transaction was easy and pleasant besides the finance manager, who is not the best I've ever dealt with. Beyond that , I was very happy and would definitely recommend Mat and would buy another car from him again. More
