Marc dedicated a lenghty amount of time to ensure I was satisified with all of the additions I wanted to put on my Jeep. He made sure I was provided with the full range of each option and gave me his own personal experiences to assist with my decisions. I highly recommend Marc to anyone, especially if you're looking at a Jeep Wrangler. More

Very good experienece buying a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited through this dealership. No frills, and paperwork was completed expeditiously. Sales person (Joshua Jenkins) was very friendly and polite. We were in the market for a used vehicle for our teenager to use to get back and forth to school. We gave Kerri a price range and type of vehicle we were looking for, and she and the Faricy Boys team did a to use to get back and forth to school. In April we started our new car search in earnest at the Colorado Springs 2012 Auto Show. It was at that show where we met Kerri Hill. We enjoyed her professionalism from the very start; she smiled and was very kind and not pushy. About 3 to 4 weeks later we caught up with her at her place of employment, The Faricy Boys. I was very surprised that she remembered us by name from the car show. During the visit she gave us a brochure for the Jeep Grand Cherokee and told us to take our time going over the options and figure out what was important to us. We were also considering other vehicles and shared that info with Kerri. I felt Kerri gave us sound advice on the other products and encouraged us to test drive those vehicles. We decided the Jeep Grand Cherokee was the car for us. Keep in mind that we started our search in early April and purchased our vehicle in late June. We found the perfect car, a Maximum Steel Metallic exterior with Dark Frost Beige/Light Frost Beige interior Grand Cherokee Overland. This vehicle was in transit due to arrive later in the week. We found the car on a Saturday afternoon and decided to take the rest of the weekend to think on it. However another customer liked the car and didn’t need the weekend to think about. We found this out the following Monday evening. By the time we showed up Monday, Kerri had run a 500 mile radius search looking for a car that would satisfy our demands. There was nothing. However we found another car on the lot that worked for us; not our first choice but a close second. This time we made an intent to buy deposit and took a day to make sure we could live with our second choice. We did some additional homework on the options, True Market Value (TMV), insurance, etc. The price The Faricy Boys was willing to sell the car for was right at TMV according to www.edmunds.com. And the best part, there was absolutely no haggling on the price. We picked the car up Thursday. We spent all of 30 minutes (or less) filling out the paperwork and writing the check. We spent more time during the final walk around then doing the paperwork for this vehicle. We definitely recommend The Faricy Boys and Kerri Hill our sales consultant: - Kerri was a true professional - She gave excellent advice - Very knowledgeable of the Grand Cherokee and its competition - Was not pushy - Always follow up on our questions via emails or calls - The Faricy Boys didn’t waste our time haggling on price and extras - We paid a fair price for the vehicle More

The Faricy Boys dealership was very good to us - they were patient and compromised with us on price, trade in value and incentives. We wanted to take our time to find just the right deal for us, price and car type wise - and Mike Mason was very patient, no tough sales put upon us, he gave us plenty of time to check out all of our options. Mike Mason was good to us in that he had a plethora of information on all the models, and had good input on various situations. We have always been FORD buyers, but they seem to have priced us right off their list! So, maybe we are NOW JEEP buyers for life!! More

We thought they were the best of the Colorado Springs dealerships we visited in terms of customer service and friendliness; very low-pressure. Kerri Hill was our sales consultant and she was great! She patiently worked with us for six months while we tried to narrow down our needs versus our budget. Whenever we had a question she promptly answered it or got the information we needed. Through emails and newsletters, she kept the right amount of contact with us and wasn't the least bit pushy. During our long search for vehicles, we went to several dealerships and spoke with various sales consultants--none of her competitors could match her in helpfulness and friendliness. When we decided to buy, we specifically went back to her to get the car. Next time we buy, we will go back to Kerri first. We highly recommend Faricy Brothers and Kerri Hill. More
