We arrived on Friday evening and Kerri was the salesperson who asked if she could help. We walked in with a pretty good idea of what we wanted (Patriot), thanks to online research, but Kerri helped us by suggesting an even more affordable Sport trim and telling us it was available with some (Patriot), thanks to online research, but Kerri helped us by suggesting an even more affordable Sport trim and telling us it was available with some options we wanted (power windows/AC). The whole process after that was so easy, it was just stupid. We literally gave her a few pieces of information, she disappeared for 5 minutes and came back and told us what our payments would be. Then we nodded, she disappeared again and came back with a finance guy (who ended up getting us a 2.9% interest rate with a 7 year/70,000 mile FULL protection package!) HELLO?!?! The entire thing took literally 2 hours, start to finish, and that was including the test drive. The facility was spotless and well-maintained and the waiting area was comfortable and even offered free coffee! :) Everybody was VERY knowledgeable about working with USAA, they gave us a military discount and made sure we got some dealer incentives as well, and even the employees who weren't working with us were friendly, inquisitive and helpful, right down to the lady answering the phones at the main desk! Can't say enough good things about this dealership! More

We just traded our old Liberty to this awesome Wrangler and we are loving it! Patty and I were looking for our 4th Jeep, second Wrangler. We wanted the new 2012 engine and also a new color, Crush orange. Tom & Craig were the most helpful from 4 dealerships overall, and the onl Wrangler. We wanted the new 2012 engine and also a new color, Crush orange. Tom & Craig were the most helpful from 4 dealerships overall, and the only ones to focus on getting us the vehicle we wanted, rather than trying to sell us what they had. Then we wanted to see the Crush with both tan & black leather to decide. We were a pain. But they found both options for us to look at before we decided. They took the time and helped us get what we wanted, and we're very pleased. They also dealt fairly and clearly on the entire process including our pricing. We're tired of the games many dealers play. They shot straight and so did we. We made a great deal for both of us. They also racked our order and kept us posted every step of the way. Patty and I will be pleased to go back to Faricy for our next Jeep. We're hoping that will be a 2013 Grand Wagoneer! More
