She was not intimidating or condescending and really made it feel like buying a car from a friend! The entire transaction from test drive to driving away with our new vehicle took just over 3 hours. We were given a very fair trade-in value as well as a fair price for the new vehicle. There were no negotiating games, only fair, upfront pricing. I would highly recommend working with Kelly at Faricy Boys. The financing process was also quick and went smoothly and everything was explained clearly and there were no hidden fees. I have purchased 5 veicles from the Faircy delarship over the last 12 yrs and I have to say I keep coming back because the staff is so great to work with. Additionaly I love Chrysler & Jeep products. My recent purchase was a Jeep Liberty which was not even on my list of possible targets. I went in with a 300M on my mind and walked out with the keys to a Liberty limited. Keri sold me a Wrangler Sport back in Sep 2011 so I thougt I'd stop in a talk over hat I was looking for. Here recommendation was I try the Liberty and she pointed out all the reasons this wold be a good fit for my peticular situation. Dang is she wasn't right. I drove it loved and bought on the spot. I was in an out in under 2 hours. Hey Steve in fainance is great too. Also thank to the guys in service who helped me with my Wrnagler bike/Ski rack installaion back in DEC. You guys are Great. NO doubt I will enjoy CO. in style and comfort! More

had to have Jeep towed when it would not turn on and icon indicated needs service. I called in next morning (7:45) to provide my info. Kerri Hill listened to what we were looking for, and recommended the best vehicle for the money. Even after the car sold to someone else, she still kept in touch with us, and let us know the minute the recommended the best vehicle for the money. I visited Faricy Boy's on the fence about making a purchase. I needed to get out of a lease that had 3 months remaining, didn't want to put to much down, and just didn't expect to be quoted the price purchase. Noticed the Jeep I wanted right away, which was an entry level new Grand Cherokee, I wasn't pushed or upsold and Marc was able to get me what I needed. I actually said yes and them changed my mind, again, no pressure and I was just told to call when I was ready. Thought about it a little longer and then worked the deal.
