Being a Salesman by trade, I hate being SOLD. I wish all car sales people where like Joshua, he is very personable and knows his product. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The deal was done in a timely manner which was a change from previous vehicle purchases at other dealerships. They offered me a fair trade for my vehicle. I checked out similiar jeeps at other dealerships and they could not beat the price the Faircy Brothers had. In fact, when the other dealership was told the price of the jeep I was interested in, I was told by the salesperson to "run and don't walk because it was a great deal and they( their dealership) could never beat the price the Faircy Bros were offering. I do appreciate the fairness, it was a refreshing change from feeling like your being taken advantage of and I do feel like they care about their customer. More

Overall I had a good experience at Faircy. I wish they had the new 2012 book when I ordered my Jeep. My only regret is that I wish I wouldn't have agrred to the extended warranty service; I felf I was rus had the new 2012 book when I ordered my Jeep.
