Not only was she very friendly and helpful, but, just as importantly, she was very professional in her approach toward us as the customers and worked hard to make the deal for us too. She made us feel comfortable, not pressured. She listened to us so she knew what we wanted and the type of deal we hoped to make. She found the perfect Jeep for us and represented us fairly in negotiations on price, trade, and options. We feel fortunate that Kelly was the one who helped us buy our new Jeep and that she will be there to take care of us in the future. Faricy's customer service was superb on several levels. He was awesome throughout the entire process. Secondly, 11 days after I purchased my car - with no warranty - it failed to start and I had to have it towed. Of course, I was worried that I was going to get stuck with the bill. Well, several thousand dollars later in parts alone, I was told that Faricy would cover all of the expenses. Whew! I was sweating bullets! For both of these reasons, I have been singing Faricy's praises ever since. . . And to think that I almost bought a Crossfire from your neighbors just a couple weeks before, but walked out because the customer service was so lacking (and we later learned the salesman we were working with was arrested on five different charges, to include first degree murder). Yikes! So, thank you for a wonderful experience. I absolutely love my little 2004 Crossfire and so appreciate you doing the right thing by covering the repairs. Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. It is my second purchase from Faricy Boys. Nice dealership and Tom is a pleasure to work with. My only gripe is with Chrysler. My wife found the Jeep I was looking for online at The Faricy Boys website. I went that afternoon to test drive it and was greeted by Dave Smith. I returned with my wife two hours later and we looked at both vehicles and test drove the Jeep again. Dave answered all of our questions in a friendly, courteous manner and we sat down to deal. I feel I got the best deal in town for my the jeep, having checked several other dealers. Three weeks later and many dirt mountain roads later I'm absolutely loving my new 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sport. We traded my wife's Tahoe in for a new Grand Cherokee. We really like the Tahoe and were very reluctant to trade it in. Graig Berhost worked extremely hard to make us feel comfortable with the deal and did a great job getting us a fair price for our Tahoe. He was very thorough in explaining the features of the Grand Cherokee and never gave us the impression that he didn't have all day to talk to us. I'm confident that if we'd wanted to, he'd have spent the whole day with us...probably a whole week! Our vehicle buying history says it will probably be a while before we trade again, but when we do, we'll be calling Craig Berhost at the Faricy Boys. We got a great vehicle from a great salesman.
