Great sales experience I had a great sales experience using Costco car buying program for the first time. This was also the first car that I've ever bought at Ford Store. I was hesitant at first due to a horrible experience that I had with the service department when my Ford Ranger was recalled for air bags. I am very happy that I came back and was able to work with Shawn Steel. I was happy with the pressure free and no haggle process. I even got exactly what I wanted for my trade in. I am coming back in next week to have some small chips that I noticed in the paint repaired . I just hope that I do not have a similar experience with the service department as I did before. More
