I had a vehicle that needed a battery change and it's hybrid so Walmart wouldn't do it, I called Billy and within 30 minutes my car was at The Ford Store and within a couple of hours probably less he cal hybrid so Walmart wouldn't do it, I called Billy and within 30 minutes my car was at The Ford Store and within a couple of hours probably less he called me and let me know that the car is ready for pick up. Billy is easy to work with and a great communicator! More
