Horrible service advirer Service adviser, Sabrina, was inexperienced and did not listen to customer. After I took my car home, Sabrina kept calling me up telling me that ther Service adviser, Sabrina, was inexperienced and did not listen to customer. After I took my car home, Sabrina kept calling me up telling me that there were more charges on my service. These charges should be done prior to the work being done not after. If I knew that there were all these other charges, I would have probably re-thought my decision on getting my car done there. Her communication skills was horrible! She would have something written on the order then tell me verbally otherwise. For example on my order she wrote in there that the car would be ready by 11:45 am. At 1:00 PM, I have not heard or gotten a call. So I called and she told me that when I checked in she said that she informed that my car was not going to be ready until early afternoon. Which I told her that this conversation did not happen. Then there was this back and forth with me and she would not drop it until I told her to stop it. Then she told me that the car can be ready at 2:00. So I went there and then when I got there, she told me that she said on the phone the car was going to be ready at 3:45. Again there was this back and forth then I left. As I was checking out she then told me that all my tires need to be replaced and that for my safety she does not want to check my car out. I demanded my keys so I can pay and leave and that I would prefer to take my car elsewhere. Then when I got home she keep calling me about other charges. More
