Appointment was scheduled for Tuesday. My truck did not get looked at by a technician until Thursday. I had to pay out of pocket for a rental car 2 days longer than I should have. Every time I go in, there are reasons not to take care of items. I ordered my truck directly from ford in Detroit bc of family. Got full coverage bumper to bumper and extended warranty to 120k miles.
