We recently bought our 4th Honda in a row ALL from Honda of Joliet!! We have been customers since 2000 and have stayed loyal to Honda of Joliet for many reasons, but most of all their EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER S of Joliet!! Every employee you come into contact with, from sales to service, have always been the best! Our most recent purchase of a 2013 CR-V exceeded my expectations by far! Our financial circumstances and credit ratings had dramatically changed since our last car purchase and we were looking to downsize and save money on our monthly payment, so I was nervous about what our options would be upon coming into the dealership. My fears faded as a saw a familiar face the moment we stepped into the dealership. Oren Ferguson, the salesman who sold us our last Honda, greeted me at the door and remembered me right away! After sharing our situation with him, he was optimistic there were options for us. He was understanding of our financial position and explored alternative ways to achieve our goals. Throughout our car buying experience, we also had alot of help from another great salesman, Kurt Holzinger. He was able to seamlessly pick up where Oren had left off. I went to the dealer on a Monday morning to purchase a used 2012 Honda Odyssey I saw on their web site. I purchased my new Odyssey back in 2005 and have been coming back for routine service since.
