I shopped online for a new car and was approached by three dealerships right away all offering basically the same thing: They would beat the price the other guy is giving by $200. Two of the other dealers became so persistent that it actually drove me to look elsewhere. I had three different sales people from one dealer call one morning while I was at work within an hour of each other. Joliet Honda emailed me back, told me they would give me their best price, matched the others pricing without a fuss and made it easy. Krystal is the internet contact and was very professional and accommodating. I visited the dealership three times to test drive and explore the cars and completed the transaction on the third visit. In my opinion, no car-buying experience ever has left me feeling that i got the very best deal, I always feel like I somehow left something on the table. However, this dealership really tried to make it pleasant and affordable. They even beat my banks offer of financing right on the spot. Not too bad! I recommend them only from the sales experience as i have not had any service issues on my brand new car. Time will tell. I would buy there again and was happy with the experience overall. More
