I just came back from vacation and found that there was a recall on the locks for my new CRV (which I totally love) and called immediately. The service on my CRV took exactly how long they said it would, giving me the opportunity to have them take me for breakfast (cuz of the length of time). Periodically Roger would come and check on me and give me updates and see if I needed anything. When they were thru, he explained all that was done and asked if I needed anything else or had any other questions. I paid for the extra service that I had then when on my way. As I left everyone working that day in the garage all said bye. I could honestly say that none of them seemed fake or unbelievable. I received a call later that day to let me know if I needed anything else to give them a call. More

They really took time to find out what is wrong with my car to the extent of even calling Honda service to assistance, they did not stop until they could fix the unusual problem in my car. He was attentive to our needs, he was a great listener, and he was very knowledgable and friendly. Most of all he didn't smother us like salepeople at other dealerships in the area. He gave us time to think everything through. So besides the Honda Pilot being a great quality vehicle and having a nice low price, Josh Tornabeni's exceptional customer service won us over and we purchased our new Honda Pilot and are extremely happy with the overall experience. From the minute we walked into the dealership to get my van serviced, we were met with smiling faces and very friendly people. Mark Carlson was especially helpful. Mark told me where the waiting room was and then told that there was a waiting room with toys, separate TV, child-friendly books and magazines and child-sized chairs. My daughter was much happier here than in the regular waiting room. As soon as Mark heard from the service department that my van was going to take a little longer to fix than originally anticipated, he arranged for Enterprise to pick me up and get me a rental car for the day. (He asked if this was ok with me before doing so, but he did check into my extended warranty for me.) Mark went above and beyond to help me understand what was going on with my van, make my daughter and I comfortable and especially to help arrange for me to get a rental car. Everyone we encountered today at Honda of Joliet was incredibly friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable when I had a question. More
