No Purpose in this review as Honda Joliet controls the reviews. This review is just documentation as proof. My experiance is that Honda Joliet highballs the price for women. Even if they have already done the service, go back in and they will try to sell it again. They claim that a basic checklist is completed and given to the customer. I have never received one.. The service department needs to be eliminated, starting with Kevin. I do not trust the work being done at this dealership. I highly reccomend ALL HONDA OWNERS go to Valley Honda.. Valley Honda sets the standard for service. Even exceeding Lexus.. Valley Honda is very open, honest, does not lie. DO NOT TRUST JOLIET HONDA.. Visit Valley Honda for #1 Service. Again, the purpose of this post is to document that Honda Joliet does control what gets posted. More

What a surprise and wonderful experience it was to buy a car from Honda of Joliet. My son-in-law was helping me to find a car that would be just right for me. When we went into the sales room, Josh Torn car from Honda of Joliet. My son-in-law was helping me to find a car that would be just right for me. When we went into the sales room, Josh Tornabeni met us and warmly greeted us. We told him that we had found a car at another dealership but wanted to see what a local dealership would do for us. Josh was very interested in what we wanted and was very careful going over the options he had that we would be interested in. We finally made a decision and Josh got the car, and we left for a test drive. However, before we left he very meticuously went over every aspect of driving the car. It was very different from the car I had been driving but he make it easily to understand. It was a great ride and didn't take very long to know that that was the car I wanted. I would recomment Honda of Joliet to anyone and if you are lucky enough to get Josh Tornabeni as a salesman you have the frosting on the cake. More

I work with Oren Ferguson and I found him to be very good and respectful with my son and I. I did not feel pushed or misinformed. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable in leasing a c and respectful with my son and I. I did not feel pushed or misinformed. I think that because of him and the information and time he provided us help me make the decision with no problem. I like that he was personel on some level and that was another part of it to be able to learn about a person and he asks and learns something about you and family is another great way to make the person feel like they are more than just a number or just another sale. I would and will recommend him to any one interested in purchasing a Honda. As far as my car I am so happy to be able to get in to a car and feel so relaxed that you want to take the long way home... I would recommend the Oren and Honda of Joliet to any one. More
