I like that he was personel on some level and that was another part of it to be able to learn about a person and he asks and learns something about you and family is another great way to make the person feel like they are more than just a number or just another sale. I would and will recommend him to any one interested in purchasing a Honda. As far as my car I am so happy to be able to get in to a car and feel so relaxed that you want to take the long way home...
