I visited Honda looking for an SUV Kurt greeted me he was pleasant and polite and very professional. I was looking for a Chevrolet Tahoe. I just came back from vacation and found that there was a recall on the locks for my new CRV (which I totally love) and called immediately. The service on my CRV took exactly how long they said it would, giving me the opportunity to have them take me for breakfast (cuz of the length of time). Periodically Roger would come and check on me and give me updates and see if I needed anything. When they were thru, he explained all that was done and asked if I needed anything else or had any other questions. I paid for the extra service that I had then when on my way. As I left everyone working that day in the garage all said bye. I could honestly say that none of them seemed fake or unbelievable. I received a call later that day to let me know if I needed anything else to give them a call. More
