I've purchased several cars over the years from a variety of dealers and this was by far the most enjoyable experience. Manny was the sales person who welcomed me (even without an appointment) and shook my hand at the door. He took the time to understand my needs and did not pressure me or push for a higher spend. Each of the 3 car options I selected were made available to test and thoroughly explained. I felt like he took pride and enjoyed his position which makes a big difference when it comes to building trust through the buying process. The 2 visits I made to the dealership were later in the evening and he was more than willing to stay late as well as respond to questions. I would recommend him as well as the other staff I met to anyone serious about buying a car. One other detail which stood out was the warm welcome I received from the other people regardless of their roles. Other sales people even offered to help with my purchase when time permitted. The finance process was exactly as I had expected through the pre-qualification and went much more smoothly than I've experienced at other dealers.
