Amazing! Honda of Joliet was the third dealership I went to trying to buy a 2018 Odyssey. The first two dealerships I tried were horrible. I was apprehensive to try again but from the moment I walked in to Honda of Joliet I knew it would be a better experience. I was greeted with a smile, asked about what I was looking for and felt listened to by my salesman, Ted Turrisi. He was nothing short of excellent. I never felt pressured. He took the time to listen to my past two horror stories and assured me it would not be like that there. I felt like he was honest and caring. The financing process was incredible as well thanks primarily to the outstanding interaction with our financial consultant. I can recommend Honda of Joliet with reservation. I wish car buying experiences were like this for everyone. More

The dealership was straight off unprofessional with the sale process the employees would lie to you on the phone and do anything to get you to their d The dealership was straight off unprofessional with the sale process the employees would lie to you on the phone and do anything to get you to their door, once you visit them they use the traditional bait and switch method, they promise a price and and easily go back on the agreed price giving unwanted reasons for the change of price. They do not have the courtesy to return calls on time. Stay away and do not buy cars from them! they will give you the cold shoulder! More

Even after we told him we had already been in and talked to another sales person ( who wasn't in at the time) he continued to answer our questions and offer to help. He didn't walk away knowing he would not get the sale. We came back a few times looking at the CRV. We were also working with Missy, when the possibility of leasing came up. She called Brian in and he took his time to explain all the pros and cons of leasing vs buying. We came back the next day and our original sales person was working with another customer, so Brian helped us again. We bought the CRV that day and he was more than efficient. He made the process of buying a car as hassle free as possible. Because we had to go, he told me to come back the next day and we would thoroughly go over all the features in the car, because he didn't want us to feel rushed. Brian went far above and beyond taking care of us. Honda should be proud to have Brian on their team! Honda of Joliet is a great place with great people. More

The man (don't remember his name) who handled the financial process was also very kind and helpful. I received excellent treatment from beginning to end. I am very pleased with the Honda CR-V I purchased. I have been going to this Honda dealership for many years and always been pleased with their friendliness and good service.
