My only negative experience deals with the the dealerships's policy of steering customers to a gratuitous "tour" of the service facilities. As a customer, I would have preferred to have been asked, if I would have cared to tour the service facilities, instead of being blindly steered into it. Again, this has nothing to do with Justin; he is a very good service ambassador and was just doing his job, as directed. For me, just to be informed of your services and to be asked if I would care to purchase any upgrades, would have been sufficient. Also, Jennifer Medina was extremely helpful. She was quite prompt, in providing me with any information I requested. More
