Service Manager did his best to help, but made me feel like I was too blame - I would say the Sales Dept needs to confirm what they are selling so the Buyer (and others trying to help the Buyer, ie; Service Manager..) does not have to be exposed to these simple issues. With this vehicle out of service still pending repairs - several weeks, going on a month - this has been really frustrating! Easy Pressure Free Experience I was looking online at the different deals Honda had not knowing all the ends and out of what they really had to offer. I went into Honda not knowin I was looking online at the different deals Honda had not knowing all the ends and out of what they really had to offer. I went into Honda not knowing what to expect and met Mr. Oren Ferguson. I told him what I saw on the computer and he did not try to sale me anything other than what I asked for base off of what I saw online. He explained everything from the transaction itself to the specific model car I wanted. Price was the name of my game. I told him how much I wanted to pay a month and what I wanted to put down (which was nothing) and I got everything I wanted plus a car with only 12miles on it. This man will have you on your way in your new car less than 2 hours. Awesome, honest guy! Thanks Oren this was my first car purchase. P.S. I did bring my old man with me for moral support! More

We provided Oren Ferguson with a list of needs, expectations, a budget that out of seven dealerships some as far away at Minnesota, only Oren was able to work with us and provide the requirements we needed. The new 2014 Honda Accord EX-L V6 with sunroof was ready with all accessories installed when we came to pick up the vehicle. Good job my friend. . More
Fantastic service I have been shopping for a car for about 6 months. I knew I wanted a CR-V, but I am the type of person that wants to test drive a few times, check ou I have been shopping for a car for about 6 months. I knew I wanted a CR-V, but I am the type of person that wants to test drive a few times, check out different features each time, take someone different with me on each test drive, and just really research the vehicle I am about to spend a lot of money on. I happened to get Gerry as a salesman and he was wonderful. He was down-to-earth, patient, knowledgeable, kind, funny, and most importantly, not pushy at all. If he didn't know the answer to something, he generally knew who did and would go seek them out to find the answer. I think he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with buying a new car. It was a pleasure working with this dealership again. I bought my last CR-V from them in 2002 and returned 12 years later to buy another one. My entire family goes to Honda of Joliet to buy their cars. More
Outstanding Customer Service!!! A strange thing happened to my seatbelt buckle about a week or so ago. It would not release the seat belt. At first, I called to make an appointment A strange thing happened to my seatbelt buckle about a week or so ago. It would not release the seat belt. At first, I called to make an appointment with the service center and explained the problem. Then I had them switch me to Parts to find our how much the part was. While the parts dept was checking. I got another call and could not wait around for him to return to the phone. By the time I was done with the other call they were closed for the evening. Anyway, I was on my way to the appointment on Monday after work and called again to parts to see how much it would cost to replace the seatbelt since things were tight and I time was tight that day. The Parts person told me it would be $275 for the buckle and that the seatbelt itself was also $275 if I needed that pat as well. Since it was costly, I decided to put it off for a while and had the parts guy switch me to service to cancel the appointment. I spoke with Todd Porterfield in Service, and he encouraged me to bring it in for the diagnostic and that Honda usually covers the cost of the safety issues like seat belts. Well, the manager, Kevin Stratton had gone for the day and he needed to check with him to be sure that Honda would cover it because they needed to replace both the seatbelt and the buckle which would be well over $500. Todd called back the next day after consulting with Kevin and gave me the good news. they replaced it for free. I have used this dealership, Honda of Joliet for other major repairs and found them to be honest trustworthy and always stand by their products and repairs. I would highly recommend this service dept. for any repairs that you need on Honda cars. More

Wonderful Experience Prior to my visit here I went to another Honda dealership where I was being pushed and they weren't willing to work with my on pricing. I then decided to take a chance at Honda Superstore of Joliet and what a difference. My salesperson, Oren, was absolutely wonderful. I told him what vehicle I wanted and at what price I was willing to spend. I was impressed when I wasn't pushed by him. Well, he made it happen. I was able to buy what I wanted for exactly what I was looking for. In addition, the transaction went quick and smooth. Oren made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I have purchased many new vehicles and by far this was my best experience. I would definitely recommend Honda Superstore of Joliet and send all my referrals directly to Oren Ferguson. Thank you for a wonderful experience and by the way, I am loving my new car! More

After pricing vehicles within a 100 mile radius of my home, I found Honda of Joliet. They had exactly what I wanted and at a price that was very reasonable... how often does that happen! The best part the experience though was our salesman, Oren Ferguson. He really went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I were completely satisfied with our purchase. He made sure that any questions were answered and that we felt comfortable through every step of the process. It might of been the prices that brought us in but it was definitely the service that will bring us back in the future! More

Oren was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He listened carefully to my list of what I wanted and asked about my family who be riding in the car and found me the perfect car at a price I could afford. He was very knowledgable and showed me how everything worked and made sure I was comfortable with everything about the car before I left the dealership. There was no pressure to buy and he was very organized and it didn't take long to close the deal and finish all of the paperwork. I highly recommend Oren. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. More
