In fact, although they didn't have the 2016 fit in stock when we needed it, we passed up another opportunity to buy it at another dealer where their service and my trust in them was lacking. Yes, you heard it right- we chose to buy a different car from Oren event though we could have gotten our first choice at another dealer. I really appreciate the way that Oren does business. He is very up front and gives a good deal from the beginning. The other dealers I dealt with didn't offer the best deal up front - I had to negotiate down where they met Oren's price, but was stingy about it. I truly felt that Oren wanted us to be happy and encouraged us to go get the Fit at the other dealer if that was the car we wanted. Again, we chose to get a vehicle from Oren because of the way he did business. We are very happy with our Honda Civic and very pleased with the the process at Honda of Joliet. More

Brian took us on a test drive in the vehicle and explained all the many features the car had to offer. After the test drive the financing went very fast.
