When I did have questions he was knowledgable about the vehicles, polite and courteous. I explained I was shopping and was fairly certain of the model I was interested in. I asked for a price which he gave me, once again no pressure, no hassle. I then left, went home and went on line to do more research. No one could match the price. I returned and bought the vehicle. The whole process was fast and efficient. No ups - no extras, price as quoted. Great people to deal with. More

CPO purchase I feel fortunate in having been greeted by Kurt Holzinger when I first set foot on the Honda car lot. He was polite, friendly and helpful. He showed me the vehicles I had seen on the website and answered my questions. I appreciate his easy-going personality. When I discovered the Accord that really appealed to me (safe, reliable, below market average price, good gas mileage), I scheduled a test drive. The car passed the test, so we proceeded with discussion about the car, the trade-in and payment. Kurt patiently explained any item I asked about for my understanding. As I was taking possession of the Accord, he and his colleague "took care of" a few marks in the paint, to my delight. Sometime later, when I stopped by the dealership for instruction on various buttons, levers, etc, Kurt had free time to provide it and did so. Additionally, any other employees I encountered were polite, helpful and friendly. More

Terrible Communcation and Customer Serive I came in to test drive a used car and afterward was told that the car could not be held for me after I had expressed interest. After making a decisio I came in to test drive a used car and afterward was told that the car could not be held for me after I had expressed interest. After making a decision that afternoon, I called to make an offer on the car over the phone. Gerry told me that he would speak to his manager and get back to me about the decision. After not receiving any indication, I called later that day to let them know I was on my way to discuss and finalize a deal. I was then told that the car had just been sold to someone else. I arrived at the dealership and asked to speak to the manager. Casey confirmed their policy about not holding vehicles and their policy about not accepting offers over the phone. I was not told about this policy until it was too late. I was made aware that Gerry had not spoken to Casey about my interest/offer until the other potential buyer was there and it was too late. I am very unhappy with the lack of communication between the employees, as well as the lack of communication about company policies until it was too late. I would definitely NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! More

Oren is fabulous and goes above and beyond I bought a new car from Oren 5 years ago and he was so friendly, helpful and honest that he was the 1st person we came to when looking for a used car I bought a new car from Oren 5 years ago and he was so friendly, helpful and honest that he was the 1st person we came to when looking for a used car for my son. I spoke to Oren on the phone and told him what we were looking for (used car for my son). Not only did he stay on top of the search, but he checked in with me every day (sometimes several times a day) to keep me informed of the situation. He offered to come in on his day off to check the vehicles and make sure they would be a good car for my son. He presented all car options to my son (leasing, buying new or used) and did not push him in either direction. He left the decision up to my son and made sure he was comfortable with the car he chose and the payments he'd be making. I have never received such exceptional service from a salesman in all my life. Oren went above and beyond to find the right car for us. He is truly a dedicated, honest and professional salesman. Oren will always be my first point of contact when looking for a car. More
