The best experience yet I have been a Honda buyer for 7 years and by far this has been the best experience ever. While I was at work, my wife called Honda of Joliet and asked I have been a Honda buyer for 7 years and by far this has been the best experience ever. While I was at work, my wife called Honda of Joliet and asked if they had a 2014 red Honda SI. The sales rep Kurt said yes. My wife starting asking all of these questions in which I would never be able to ask. Within 2 hours, my wife calls me back and says, "the car is all mine." I was flabbergasted. I really thought she was playing a prank on me because it typically takes a minimum of two days to haggle but not at Honda of Joliet. They believe in giving the customer what they want. We arrived at approximately 7:45pm and by 8:15pm, I was in possession of my new vehicle! I thought at first it was a joke because my past experience has not at all been the best at other Honda dealerships. They keep you around, it becomes exhausting and in the end, you just give up and give in just to get out of the dealership. Not at Honda of Joliet. I actually had energy left to really enjoy my drive home. Casey, Dan and Kurt were so well versed, amicable and amazing They really know not only how to treat customers but understand their needs as well. That is really important especially in economic times like today. They really made me feel like I was part of their family. Honda's slogan is "The power of dreams." Outstanding Customer Service I initially came into this dealership to see what my options were. I just knew in my head that I would not be able to afford the car I have had my he I initially came into this dealership to see what my options were. From the moment I was introduced to Kurt and Casey they guaranteed me that they will do everything possible to get me in that car and they would make this transaction as smooth and affordable as possible. Now lets keep in mind I have purchased many vehicles in the past from many different dealers and I have never experienced anyone standing behind Honda's name the way they did. They went out of their way to make me a happy customer and it didn't take 5 hours in a dealership to do so. They were honest right and straight forward right from the start and this is hard to find in a dealership. Don't ask me how but Casey and Kurt made all of my dreams come true and they got me into my into my New 2014 Honda Civic Si Sedan as they agreed. They made it fit into my budget and I am well on my well to own not lease my brand new care. I was so pleased with the treatment I received at this dealership from these two young men that I went in today for another vehicle purchase. Honda of Joliet has an outstanding team.
