Thank you to Andrew Cyunczyk Brought in my 2 year old Honda for an oil change and tire rotation last Saturday. Andrew Cyunczyk, the Service Advisor working with me, was great. I Brought in my 2 year old Honda for an oil change and tire rotation last Saturday. Andrew Cyunczyk, the Service Advisor working with me, was great. I had received a credit for a free oil change after a scheduling delay from a prior visit. I had received one of these before and had to wait while the other Service Adviser called the Sales staff and waited for them to get in. My prior visit took for ever to get things squared away. Unlike that visit, Andrew took great care of me and provided excellent service. No questions asked, he made it easy to have the service done without having to wait or hear why the credit was not valid. I own two Honda's and will definitely bring them back for service. I will also look for Andrew and make sure he is the Service Adviser I work with in the future. If you bring your car into Honda of Joliet, I would recommend you see Andrew Cyunczyk as the service adviser, even if you have to wait a few minutes. It will save you a lot of headaches. More
I called this dealership to confirm were they were located. A gentleman named Kurt Holzinger informed me were they where located and there hours. When i got to the dealership I asked for Kurt. He went way out of his way to show me all the cars they had that were in my price range. Kurt was a very easy going and didn't push me into to something I really didn't want. He went out of his way to explain the features the car had. Tool me for a LONG test drive. Show me were the oil and transmission dip sticks were. He even was kind enough to set everything like the lights, door locks to the way I wanted them set, ( That was awesome) The transaction of trading my car and buying another one was outstanding. Even the finance man Dan were Great ! They both worked hard to get me the best deal possible. I have nothing but a wonderful experience doing business with this dealership so if your looking for a car I highly comment Honda Superstore of Joliet! You will not be SORRY ! More

Andrew was very thorough in his review of the needed service for my vehicle. He was not pushy or demanding in his tone/manner and instead left the decision up to me, which I appreciated. Andrew also was able to find a service deal for me that came in at 1/2 price I was quoted over the phone for a service I am planning on having done in the future. The service is outstanding! I brought my Honda Odyssey in for a Blind Spot Warning. Todd stepped up and took care of me. I was able to get a loaner not a problem. At first I had doubts that they would believe me and be able to duplicate the blind spot problem. It took a day and a half and Todd called and said that the problem happened and Nick, the tech, was able to get it to happen. Now, we know that it happens, what do we do. I was just happy that it happened in the presence. I get another phone call later on in day say they know what is wrong and the part will be in and van will ready the next day. Great news. Todd did what he promised. Thank you. More

The salesmen are patient, not at all pushy, and try to help you find what you are really looking for, without trying to lock to the doors as soon as you enter the showroom. I brought my 2012 Honda Odyssey in regarding a metal grinding noise I hear from my front left tire. In short, (as usual) the grinding noise had disappeared by the time I arrived and the service tech fo grinding noise I hear from my front left tire. In short, (as usual) the grinding noise had disappeared by the time I arrived and the service tech found nothing that made any kind of noise. Andrew first told me there would be a $69 diagnosis fee. He was very polite about it and very nice and friendly throughout the entire transaction. Since my car was under warranty, I didn't feel it was right that there would be a $69 diagnostic fee. I bought the car from Honda of Joliet. I thought they would take better care of their own customers. Ironically I was having my 1999 Honda Civic inspected the same day regarding pulsating braking at Firestone FREE OF CHARGE! That seems peculiar that Firestone doesn't charge for a brake inspection but Honda (the same dealer the car was bought from 2 years ago) does. Needless to say, Andrew spoke to his service manager and had the fee waived. Again, Andrew was awesome throughout the entire process. As I mentioned, they found nothing that made any noise but did suggest I have my tires balanced, rotated, and aligned for a total price of $185. In the few times I've brought my car to Honda of Joliet, I've always felt that service was recommended to be done even though it wasn't necessary. Maybe my two year old tires are unbalanced and need an alignment....but the point is this: I always "feel" like I'm getting ripped off at Honda of Joliet Service Department. That's just not the feeling you want your customers to have. I would NEVER...in a million years....recommend anyone to take their car to the Honda Dealer to have serviced. No matter how nice and polite Andrew was (and he was), I always feel more comfortable and taken care of at Firestone. The only reason why I brought my Odyssey in to Honda of Joliet because I figured it was still under warranty and they'd take care of it. At this point....I'll never take my 1999 Civic there and will only take the Odyssey there when warranty service needs to be done. More
