I visited this dealer about a month ago. Ubaldo greeted me and made me feel like I was not under any pressure to buy. To my surprise, he met my price on a civic ex. But, after talking it over with my wife, me and made me feel like I was not under any pressure to buy. To my surprise, he met my price on a civic ex. But, after talking it over with my wife, we needed more of a down payment. Ubaldo said "no problem, come back when you are ready". I called back 2 weeks later and inquired about the civic lx. He gave a very resonable offer. Still not enough to take advantage of the deal. Another 2 weeks later, I called back and gave him a counter offer. He said that it could be done. My wife and I were there in 20 minutes. It was about 8:30 pm and he took his time explaining all the details. Ubaldo and Dan, "the finance man", were courteous and helpful even at such late hours. After the deal and paperwork were wrapped up, Ubaldo explained all the goodies in the car and put in my phone's call list. It was 10:15 at night! I am still impressed by there kindness, courtesy and patience. I would definitely recommend and buy another car from Ubaldo. More

Two of my children as well as myself have Honda cars. When they brought their cars in for service, they weren't charged for parts that were not needed and it was serviced quickly. I have just brought my car in for a normal service. A very small item was overlooked from the last service. When I brought it to the attention of the Service Advisor, (Dani Menue) another Service Advisor, over heard the conversation and immediately brought it to the attention of the service department. The part was ordered and I was contacted to bring it in at my convenience. Due to the kind of service I have received here, I will always recommend this dealership for purchasing and service. More
