This was on Tuesday. We came back on Wednesday and finished up everything. The experience was topnotch and I knew we did the best we could do with Oren. I will always appreciate the service he gave us plus I will always recommend to my friends and family to go see Oren Ferguson and buy a Honda. Even a week later we had some questions for Oren and he took the time to be sure everything was understood. More
Jacqulin Rall from internet sales was awesome to work with. When she arrived at an OTD price, she itemized everything out, all charges and fees, so I could see exactly how she arrived at the final price with. I wanted to know exactly what I was paying for and how much. I was negotiating price with other dealerships and two of the other dealerships did not appear to want to work with me to the extent that Jacqulin did. A salesman at one of the other dealerships actually increased his price at one point down the line after working with him for over a week. When I questioned why the price went up, I found out that dealership adds accessories to all CR-V EX models and above, forcing the customer to pay for accessories they don't want/need. That is UNACCEPTABLE to a customer and Jacqulin NEVER did anything shady like that. She was honest, helpful, and always friendly and eager to explain anything I asked about. Mike Reznik was the salesman who delivered the car. He too was very helpful, knowledgeable, very friendly, and willing to answer any and all questions. Another one of the other dealerships actually lost the deal with me because of price. I am responsible for bringing 4 sales and the potential for this 5th sale to them in less than 10 years. I bought 1, would have bought a 2nd, my friend & her husband bought 2, and their son bought a car, all because of my referrals. You would think the salesman could have worked with me and given me a better deal to show his appreciation, but instead, that dealership lost a customer and may lose more when my friends hear what happened. Jacqulin performed in a manner which was completely opposite of the others, and her professionalism has earned a future customer for Honda of Joliet and I will bring all of my referrals to this store. More
This had to be the easiest car purchase that I have ever made. No pressure to purchase and the salesman Mike Reznik was able to give me a good price. Kurt was very helpful. He helped us for weeks in advance to look around and figure out numbers to fit our budget. We finally figured out what we were looking for. Not too much later Kurt gave us a call to let us know that a car was just taken in and he thinks it fit our needs. He was right. We now have a very nice used Odyssey with low miles perfect for our family. Being married with a 2year old and another on the way we feel this is a perfect vehicle all around for us and we wouldn't of found it if it wasn't for Kurt. He will go above and beyond to help you out and without the pushiness you'll find in many other sales men/women. I will most likely be doing business with him again. Thanks Kurt ;) More
