Josh helped my husband and I in such short notice, not only did he go above and beyond are expectations but within 4 hours of meeting him he found us our first family car, got us in and out of the dealers only did he go above and beyond are expectations but within 4 hours of meeting him he found us our first family car, got us in and out of the dealership and now we have the van we always needed. Josh was kind to my son, my husband and me. He went out of his way to find us a reasonable price, a price we could afford and had a smile on this face the whole time. Josh said, "I have been selling cars for 14 years, its not about me making money, it's about finding lifelong customers and making them happy." It is nice to have dealt with such a nice man, who didn't give us a run around but instead gave us the truth. We never noticed a dent in the van we bought, but he made sure to point it out just so that he didn't feel he cheated us. That right there is a quality you don't come across often with sales associates. He shared with us his thoughts and opinions on our new van, which were all positive. He treated us like family or friends, not just a quick buck. I am grateful we got to meet Josh and work with him. I wouldn't be surprised to see him as a manager one day. I have never experienced so much hospitality and kindness at a dealership before until I went to Honda of Joliet and worked with Josh! Thanks again for all your hard work! More

My son bought a used 2011 F-150 from here and there was a crack in the windshield that was agreed to replace it should he purchase the vehicle. He bought it and a time was agreed to have it changed by a thir crack in the windshield that was agreed to replace it should he purchase the vehicle. He bought it and a time was agreed to have it changed by a third-party windshield company. We arrived and when the company explained that the correct windshield hadn't arrived, my son was disappointed, obviously. The sales manager graciously offered to pay for his fuel as we drove from Peoria. We were amazed that even though it wasn't Joliet Superstores problem, they went out of their way to take care of us. Now, there is service after the sale at its best! It will be worth my trip to purchase my next vehicle here. Thank you. More
