when i made an appointment for a set time i assumed that was the time a technician would available to evaluate my car, instead it took all day for someone to look at my car and diagnose the problem. very d was the time a technician would available to evaluate my car, instead it took all day for someone to look at my car and diagnose the problem. very disappointing. had i been made aware of this ahead of time, i could have made preparations in advance. i had to inform the rep that the problem with my car was covered by recall/warranty. if i was unaware of this, it would have cost me $900+. your fees are too expensive to come to you for regular maintenance. abraham was helpful and kept me up to date on the progress with diagnosis and repair. he gets high marks. So far I had a very good experience. We were lucky to find a vehicle so fast and the price was right as well as the car and features in the model that we purchased. On almost every occasion, actions like not installing hardware properly or breaking hardware and not notifying me. Is totally unacceptable. The service department consistently demonstrates a don't care a hardware properly or breaking hardware and not notifying me. Is totally unacceptable. The service department consistently demonstrates a don't care attitude. It is extremely obvious that the completion of a task quickly is the utmost importance even if it compromises the quality of the work. I am even told by service advisors that nobody seems to complain about the things that I complain about. My response is that nobody know reviews the work and looks at it like I do. There are probably hundreds of customers out there driving cars with improperly installed hardware or missing hardware. More
