Made an appt for only an oil change. I let her know that at arrival. She still went over the car details of what has been done and needed. I thought she was just letting me know, so I sa I let her know that at arrival. She still went over the car details of what has been done and needed. I thought she was just letting me know, so I said ok. Turns out, she added the last recommended service from the previous time. She did not let me know at the time how much the total will be, hence why I thought I was only getting an oil change. They then found a tire rod issue, but it was under warranty. But a simple $80 oil change turned into almost $400. I had to go into my savings account to pay for the extra service that I didn't even know what it was since she didn't even explain what it was. Travis a Mario were great . One charge was 200$ something for DMV . I was under the impression I was just gonna get charged 175 for the registration fee.
