I paid for the new Pilot with a bank check so no financing was necessary. I reached out to Natalia, and she and her manager promptly arranged for the vehicle to be towed to the Service Department the very next morning. She also ensured a loaner vehicle was ready for me so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. A few days later, she followed up to check on how everything was going. That level of service truly stood out. Although the car remained with the service team for six weeks due to delays in receiving MINI OEM parts, I was very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of Natalia, her manager, and Angel Fernandez, Servicer Manager and his service team. If we’re ever in the market for another new or used vehicle, I would absolutely consider returning to New Babylon Honda. More
