Great experience I had been looking for a car for over a year, I shopped every site online even shopped multiple dealers from Rockville to Lexington park! I finally stopped in and met Jody at the used car factory, I told him what I was looking for and in no time he had one of each cars at the dealership. I drove both made a decision and thought hope this works out! Little did I know how hard Brian, and Steve would work behind the scenes to get me the deal I wanted at the price I needed! Brian assured me they would do everything they could to make it happen, I recieved the info and was pleased, but they didn't stop there, Steve continued to search banks and when I returned to sign the paper work he had worked even harder! He got my down payment where I needed and reduced my interest rate further than originally thought reducing my payment!! Great Team great experience just Great!
