Purchasing my first car ever from a dealership was to say the least nerve racking for me. I spoke to Samantha (Sam) over the phone about a car I saw online. We made an appointment for a test drive, and when I showed up the car was front and center waiting for me. Sam also lined up many other cars in my price range and urged me to drive them all in order to know the style and type of vehicle I wanted. She walked me through every step of the buying process, and calmed my fears over my mediocre credit. Together with Sam and Steve my credit application was approved, and they worked very hard finding a lender that would work with me on low monthly payments. The SUV I chose was looked over carefully by Dave who introduced himself to me and let me know that the tire pressure had been low and they had filled it, and that a small piece of plastic was loose on the rear door and he would like to fix it for me at my convenience. I cannot say enough about how kind and friendly the entire staff was, and how in love I am with my new SUV. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. More

He explained everything in a manner that I could understand. He answered all my questions before I could ask them. He also made sure that my payments were affordable and that I had more than enough time to pay my vehicle off in full. The used car factory has my highest recommendation for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Although the day I purchased my vehicle the weather was bad everyone was willing to stay after hours until I was pleased. They even entertained my kids with cartoons and supplements while I was taking care of business and most of all the sale was done in a timely manner. There was no time waisted.
