I thought salesman were supposed to be honest when you buy a used car from them. My son bought his 1st car himself on the 14th of Jan. with them saying ONLY Cat Converter needed to be changed and was ver buy a used car from them. My son bought his 1st car himself on the 14th of Jan. with them saying ONLY Cat Converter needed to be changed and was very happy, he took the car to our mechanic right away and he has had it ever since because there are tons of other problems including Transmission, service Dept PURPOSELY put the wrong tranny fluid in there so no one would notice obviously when cars get taken into dealerships as trade-ins or whatever they get them for they know what the problems are they do their look overs so they know how much they will give the owner for it. then they “fix it up” and Alex sits there and they lie right to your face while pushing for my son over and over to sign the as is warranty so they can make their money And they will do anything to make money for their families but not care taking money from other people even a young person who was so happy that he was finally able to buy his own car. I also just spoke with John a salesman on the phone who did not like the fact that I mentioned salesman lie his exact words were “well I wouldn’t Lie” basically saying Alex would and told him that they should hire people who are honest he didn’t like that and hung up on me after I had another few words to say therefore I would not recommend buying any used cars from this place because every sales person will lie to you. Very unprofessional. I hope one day someone in their family gets the same thing That they do to people every day. UPDATE ITS 2/29 and the mechanic has verified that the Thomas Dodge service Dept Again put very thick Transmission fluid in the Altima so you wouldn’t notice the tranny problems when you test drive it. We are taking this matter further as I feel that it’s unfair that the service Dept does this and GUESS WHAT remember in the beginning it’s listed only problem is the Cat Converter, well surprise surprise THATS FINE! Another thing John the Salesman said on the phone well all your son had was $1300 what did he expect a Mercedes, um excuse that’s very rude and no but he did expect a car that was drivable it hasn’t gone over 5MPH after only having it for ONE DAY great job Alex hope you enjoyed your commission from lowing, stealing and ripping a young adult off. Karma will come around so and when it does and you’re wondering what did I do in my life to have all this bad luck remember THE ALTIMA you looked in my sons face and lied through you teeth about!!
