warranty on airbag no issues....TDCJR was a little behind with the technician, but I had planned for that. Poor quality tires I am very unhappy that we have had to essentially replace three of the four tires on our 2018 Pacifica before we even reached 25,000 miles. There is no problem with the service team but would like to see Thomas Dodge be more of an advocate with the tire company. I am paying top dollar for a high quality van that I am very satisfied with yet don't expect the additional expenditures for new tires. Can someone please follow up with us regarding this? More

Disappointing I arrived around 845am and it took almost 30 mins to get checked in for an oil change. I had to stand in the garage, just hanging out, for almost 10 m I arrived around 845am and it took almost 30 mins to get checked in for an oil change. I had to stand in the garage, just hanging out, for almost 10 min. The service advisor was super friendly and very up front about how long my oil change would take. They called a few hour later that my Jeep was ready. I arrive and go to the chashier and I then stood around for almost 20 min just waiting for them to bring my car up front. They didn’t tell me what was done, how my fluid levels were, nothing. The porter left my keys in my center console and walked away. Very poor service. The service advisor is the only reason this isn’t a one star review. More
