Waiting Two hour oil change. Came back the next week to get a rear window replaced (defrost wasn’t working) that took two hours also. Got home only to realize Two hour oil change. Came back the next week to get a rear window replaced (defrost wasn’t working) that took two hours also. Got home only to realize the tech didn’t put on the washer fluid nozzle. Had to go back again. I was told I’d be priority and I quote ‘you’ll go ahead of everyone as soon as you get here’ come to find out, that doesn’t happen. Waited over an hour so someone could screw a nozzle on. More

No one at this dealership seems to know what is going on. You had my car for 4 days....The recall work was done in two days. Was scheduled for a 4 hour repair. Then someone put the Jeep in 4 wheel drive...i You had my car for 4 days....The recall work was done in two days. Was scheduled for a 4 hour repair. Then someone put the Jeep in 4 wheel drive...i know better than to switch Jeep into 4 wheel...it gets stuck. The Jeep was stuck between 2-4 wheel drive. I had to leave the Jeep two more days. I was on the phone 2-1/2 hours trying to get thru to service to see what was up with the Jeep. I finally had my Jeep towed to Rev Pro in Lynwood, Il where The work and workers are phenomenal. More
