Recalls I took my Wrangler in for service due to three recalls. I had called a different dealership only to have no one answer the phone and to date, have not I took my Wrangler in for service due to three recalls. I had called a different dealership only to have no one answer the phone and to date, have not returned my call after I left a voicemail. I called Thomas Dodge and someone was able to answer schedule an appointment with me at that time. I asked for a shuttle to take me to and from work, however, I was given a rental. One of the items that needed to be replaced had to be ordered and delivered overnight, so I had to keep the rental an additional day and my vehicle stayed overnight. I had no issues with dropping it off or picking it up or with the rental car that was provided to me. I don't remember the name of the gentleman that helped me, however, if I could I would name him personally for helping me out those two days. More

Good as usual I came in for an oil change and was done in under an hour. I always bring my 300 here for service eventhough I purchased it at South Oak Dodge. The mechanics do great work and the service reps are great as well. Seven years ago the salesman here wouldn't even match the price South Oak gave me.
