Highly Unethical Finance Manager. Avoid like the plague! Bought a new vehicle in the summer, and love the car. But it was an absolute nightmare dealing with the shady finance manager, and getting a refund o Bought a new vehicle in the summer, and love the car. But it was an absolute nightmare dealing with the shady finance manager, and getting a refund on my extended warranty. It took me 7 months, 5 visits to the dealership, 4 separate cancellation requests to get my money back. The finance manager, NADY BOUTROS, initially lied and sold me stuff COMPLETELY different then what he said I was purchasing. He lied about the warranty, the deductibles, and the maintenance program. I was duped, no question. So, I returned the following day after getting some sleep to cancel all the crap he sold me. Of course, he lied and said I couldn't cancel, and after showing him the contract clearly saying I had 30 days to cancel, he angrily then told me he had to raise the interest rate on my loan if I cancelled the extended warranty. Let's just say I called him out on that xxxxxxxx, signed the cancellation forms for the extended warranty, maintenance plan, and some other program I didn't want. After he tried to berate and belittle me, I left. I knew immediately once I walked out of his office, he would tear up my cancellation forms, and I would have to follow up. That I would never get my money. Sure enough, 2 months later, I came back in, and was told he never submitted my forms. I had to come in 3 MORE TIMES in the next 6 months to locate my refunds. Each time, the dealer told me "the check was issued", "we can't find the paperwork", or "fill out another request and we will expedite it". All xxxxxxxx. So yeah, despite a few glitches with my new vehicle, I got a good car, and was happy with the price. But the finance manager, NADY BOUTROS, is a shady employee that you should avoid at all costs. He lied from the time I signed the contract, lied when he upsold me crap that wasn't true, lied when I cancelled the services, and then tried to make me feel bad and guilty for doing so. But, his attempt to try to raise my loan interest rate simply because I didn't want an extended warranty, is unethical, and probably illegal. More
