It was poor I came in with a damage tire. I preferred to have not just one tire replaced, but all 4 tires. A warranty is a warranty. I was planning on purchasing I came in with a damage tire. No appointment scheduled I didn’t have a appointment when I went in! I needed a oil change and tires rotated. The advisor said no problem! Great Service I enjoy going to get my car repaired by this location. The employees are very kind and explain everything to me. Waiting Two hour oil change. Came back the next week to get a rear window replaced (defrost wasn’t working) that took two hours also. Got home only to realize Two hour oil change. Came back the next week to get a rear window replaced (defrost wasn’t working) that took two hours also. Got home only to realize the tech didn’t put on the washer fluid nozzle. Had to go back again. I was told I’d be priority and I quote ‘you’ll go ahead of everyone as soon as you get here’ come to find out, that doesn’t happen. Waited over an hour so someone could screw a nozzle on. More
