My sister purchased a 2026 KIA SPORTAGE 5 weeks ago, she drove it for exactly 9 days. It's been in KIA's parts/service for almost 4 weeks with sub frame damage (bolts were stripped at the manufacturer). M drove it for exactly 9 days. It's been in KIA's parts/service for almost 4 weeks with sub frame damage (bolts were stripped at the manufacturer). My sister requested a new sportage (which they complied only to add 71. dollars to her current monthly payments for the exact same car OR take several more weeks to fix the problem). They did give her a sedan courtesy (her contract is a 2026 Sportage SUV not K4 sedan). They are really dragging their feet on this and to top it off, she had to submit her first month's car payment for only driving her SUV for 9 days. I would NOT recommend this dealership! I did tell her that I would write reviews on every open forum until this issue was resolved to her satisfaction. More
