I bought a 2015 Ford F150 from them only had it 4 months and the engine went out. I took it in so the service department can honor my warranty and they gave me the run around. They came up with excuse after and the engine went out. I took it in so the service department can honor my warranty and they gave me the run around. They came up with excuse after excuse as to why the warranty company would not fix a truck I owned for 4 months before the motor went out. The warranty company told them to breakdown the engine and they would make a decision to fix it or not. They had my trunk 2 months before they even started to breakdown the engine. They continued to make excuse after excuse. Once the breakdown was completed the warranty company said the would honor the motor and purchase a new one. I received my car back after 5 months of them having it and after 1 day it went back in the shop and as of today it's shy of 1 month and I still haven't received my truck back. I have incurred towing expenses and rental.car expenses during this ordeal. They gave me a car to use for 3 weeks but have had my truck for 6 months and counting. I am paying a car note and insurance for something I can't drive. I would never recommend Thomas Kia to anyone. Buyers Beware! More
