Melanie was very nice and provided good customer service. However, I was very disappointed because the main reason I brought my car in was never addressed. Had an ongoing issue with my 2024 Kia telluride that other Kia dealerships did not take the time to look into and/or help with. They would just brush me off. Jacob at this location was very helpful, kin other Kia dealerships did not take the time to look into and/or help with. They would just brush me off. Jacob at this location was very helpful, kind and patient. Every step of the way was explained to me in specific detail. The issues on my vehicles were finally resolved. 10/10 service. More
