Todd & I were in the market for a used car to replace a recent loss of our family vehicle. We looked at the same make and model at other dealerships but we wanted to purchase from Kevin at Thomas becaus a recent loss of our family vehicle. Overall I enjoyed my experience at Thomas Nissan. They had 5 customers decide to buy at the same time and because doing the paperwork takes a little time they bought pizza for everyone waiting. I do not like to hassle or take up too much of anyone's time, especially my own. Chris was on top of it, I told him what I was looking for and that was it. He was very accommodating and helpful. Al was great also. I hate dealing with finance personnel but he made it painless. Sorry he is no longer there. He has a great sense of humor/personality. Ted was very informative and shared all the details regarding the service department. He knew his job. They all did their part (and with knowledge). More
