We originally didn't seek out Thomas Nissan when we traveled from Chicago, instead went to Thomas Toyota for our scheduled appointment to test drive a vehicle. Upon showing up, found out that they sold the car we wanted to purchase. Walked over to Thomas Nissan and were greeted by Andy. He immediately explained the sales process and was happy to see the prices of the cars clearly listed on each. We sought out a Nissan Sentra, but the one we liked had an obnoxious muffler on it. Unfortunately this was a deal-breaker for us, but Andy and his team agreed to swap out the muffler, give us a service loaner, and drove to Chicago to drop off the car once service was completed. Couldn't be more pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend. More

The sales staff is always professional and helpful. They make me feel very comfortable. I'm always treated like I'm special. As a first time car buyer, i was a little apprehensive in buying a new car. I worked with Kelsie Stowe and he was fantastic. Not alone was he knowledgeable but he answered all of my questions. I definitely had a lot of questions being it my first time. I also worked with Michelle Burke who was very nice and made sure i understood the contract and any questions with the financing. I also think their low price, no negotiating way is simple and a great idea. I worked in sales and know the sales techniques and the negotiating back and forth. Its nice to see a dealership come out with the bare bones price. I am very satisfied and even though its a long drive from Indiana, where i live, I will recommend Thomas Nissan to everyone looking for a Nissan. More

A couple weeks ago, I went in to get my 2009 Murano’s 30,000 mile service. Over the past few years, I had carried a grudge regarding my purchase and some of my service at Thomas Nissan. As with all of 30,000 mile service. Over the past few years, I had carried a grudge regarding my purchase and some of my service at Thomas Nissan. As with all of the service people I had dealt with, I complained to a young lady who was very sympathetic. Nicole was working with me on what I needed and listened to my past complaints. This time, the Service Manager, Roy McAlister listened also heard my complaints, came over and asked what could be done (what could he do) to convince me that there had been changes and the situations would not happen again. Wow. I was impressed that they listened. My current situation was that I needed the 30,000 miles maintenance and it was costly. He gave me a plan to do the major part of it that day and each time I get an oil change I can have another part completed. This will allow me a year to divide the cost over. There IS a major change at Thomas Nissan. I believe that Roy McAlister is part of the reason for the change. As I waited for the repairs to be completed, I noticed another woman was agitated because of an issue in paying her bill. Nicole stayed with the woman while she called her bank and tried to resolve the problem. I don’t even know if it was her customer, but she picked up on the frustration and stayed with her. Roy was so obliging that day. I stopped back to look at cars and asked to see Roy to discuss what cars he fixes the most or least to see what I might want. He introduced me to Mike Gors, the General Manager. The idea of the price of the car on the vehicle with no hassle helps me look without pressure. Between the two of them, I left there feeling like this is the place I would return to buy my next car. I learned that they will give me a quote on my old car prior to my purchasing or choosing from them. I'd say, it was the first time I didn't get claustrophobic in a car dealership. Thank you. More
