We sell cars when we have our first inventory commited and signed buyers order. We got one on the car you wanted while you were here the second time that day. We understand how frustrating this experience is but there is only one 2003 Kia Rio for $4,633.00. A one of a kind used car. If it was a new car you wanted we would gladly find it for you. You came into the dealership earlier that day. Looked at the car and left. While you were gone a different customer was looking at the 2003 Kia Rio. After you returned the other customer agreed to purchase the vehicle. We went to explain to you that another customer purchased the 2003 Kia Rio. We did offer to show you other cars in the same price range. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to earn your business and I hope you will reconsider giving us the same opportunity in the future.
