I only wanted to see tne new body style because I had also considered a Buick Enclave but they could not find me an AWD Enclave. I had dealt with Thomas Nissan in the past and refused to ever deal with them again. It's been 8 years and I am happy to report that they have done a complete turn-around. Matt explained to me that they offered a bottom line price to everyone and the sales people were no longer on commission. I listened to him carefully, test drove a vehicle and ended up buying the same day. I felt I got a very good price, my trade-in value was within $200 of what I felt I should have received. I strongly recommend that everyone revisit Thomas Nissan of Joliet, just in case you have not been there lately. More

Having just moved to Illinois from another state I needed a new vehicle. I researched dealerships in the area and heard only good things about Thomas Nissan. I am always skeptical of online reviews and never write them myself but they were so friendly and helpful that I felt I owed it to them. First they don't work on commission so the salesmen are really out to help the customer as much as possible. My salesman Matt was great. There were many complications with my purchase because I was not a resident yet as it was my first day off the plane. Matt came and picked me up so I wouldn't have to pay for a cab, and the dealership worked out the many many issues that came with purchasing a car without an in state residence. On top of all the help with the car Matt also helped me out by telling me alot about the area as well as telling me to contact him anytime whether it is about the car or about getting acclimated to the area. Amazing first experience with Thomas Nissan and would recommend them to anyone! More

Kelsie was Amazing! It took me 2 days and three test drives to decide, and he never made me feel like I was taking too much time.
