unpleasant I arrived for my 10:45 am appt. @ 10:35. At 1:30 my Jeep had NOT even been taken back for service!! When I asked they told me there was only 1 more ahead of me. Also that Mondays and Fridays are their busy days and service techs also need to take a lunch..... I suggested that if this is an ongoing problem on Mondays and Fridays than the scheduling template should be adjusted to avoid unhappy customers every week!!!
